How firm is Queer Solo on show running times?
Very firm. Shows running over the allotted time will be given a 60 second grace period, then their last light queue will be deployed.
How does promotion work?
Promotion is a team effort. The producers are committed to a full house and will be promoting the event through their well established networks. The performers will also promote, promote, promote!
How will the TALK-BACK be structured?
Martha & Julie (Queer Solo producers) will moderate a panel discussion focused on the creative and development processes. The discussion will not center around the subject matter of the individual shows.
Artists accepted into Queer Solo 2019 will submit a participation fee of $100.
Each performer will be given a distinct discount code to promote the show, making it easy to track which tickets reflect individual promotion efforts. Performers will receive 50% of their individual tracked tickets sales.
